Yes! Gripblock, previously known primarily for outdoor patios, rebranded its name to EZblocks in 2023, but it’s the same wooden blocks. The rebranding reflects the versatility of our wooden blocks and expanded applications.

EZBlocks are stained with a water based natural wood colour stain. They can be painted to match a colour or branding easily.

Our standard size is 20 inches long – 10 inches wide – 7.7 inches tall. You can inquire about our 10” option.

– Our blocks are available for purchase or rent. Our pricing ranges depending on the volume of blocks required – please inquire for a quote.

– Rental programs are priced based on the duration of the rental period and complexity of the project. We offer rental programs ranging from days to years. 

All pricing includes design, delivery, and installation. Removal is also provided for rented blocks.

Yes, you can paint or stain the blocks, even if you are renting them.

– The blocks stack together like kids’ building blocks and are tied together with rebar and tie rods. 

– In combination with GripMetal (metal velcro strips), an EZblocks structure becomes one solid piece once it is assembled

The City of Toronto loves EZblocks. We are a preferred supplier for the Café TO program and have worked with over 700 restaurants in the GTA. We supply temporary seating, hostess stands, privacy and barrier walls, booths, planters, dining domes, heated cabins and more.

Our blocks are reusable wooden building blocks with zero chemicals or adhesives. All blocks used for a temporary project will be reused for another, and over and over. 

We have built many permanent structures with EZblocks from barrier walls, outdoor seating areas to cabins. All structures are designed by our engineering team. The possibilities are endless.
